The full engagement — how work moves through your business, where it leaks, where it's manual, and the one fix worth doing first. A prioritised plan sized for your actual team, not a catalogue of software. Sold on its own it's $3,500. Here it's just the first month.
What counts as a request
One clearly defined outcome on something that already exists. Change a report. Connect two systems you already use. Fix an automation that broke. Add a step to a workflow. Adjust a dashboard. Clean up a data problem. Most land within 24 hours.
Building something genuinely new — a workflow from scratch, an app, anything that needs a written spec — is a build, not a request. If something you've asked for crosses that line, we tell you before we start it, not on an invoice afterwards.

- Scheduled within one business day. Every request comes back with a date before we start it. Most land inside two weeks. We'd rather give you a date we hit than a deadline we miss
- Monitoring and incident response — a system that's down, or erroring on more than 10% of transactions, gets same-day attention. That's the one clock we do put on the wall

Workflow Build
Fixed quote within one business day of scoping. No spec fee — when we're doing the work ourselves, finding out what it costs is our job, not a line on your invoice.

Platform Build

Your Path subscription
Platform builds run on Path. You contract with Path directly and pay them directly — we never mark it up or resell it.
Why we set it up this way
You own your software. The subscription is in your name, the code and data are yours, and if you ever stop working with us you keep everything and walk. We're your Path Partner of Record — we size the right plan, manage the account, and handle support escalation on your behalf. That's part of the Partnership.
Path publishes its own plans and prices, and we'll walk you through exactly which one your build needs before you commit to anything. It's a separate invoice from a separate company, and you'll see the number before you sign with us. Workflow builds usually don't need Path at all.
What these prices don't include
Every agency has a list like this. Most of them don't publish it.
Questions worth asking us — and everyone else
Why is the audit free in the Partnership but $3,500 on its own?
Because a client who stays is worth far more to us than an audit fee, and we'd rather price that honestly than pretend otherwise. Committing to twelve months should be the cheaper door. The one condition: if you cancel inside twelve months, the $3,500 audit fee becomes due — that's the whole of the catch, and it's in the agreement in those words.
What am I paying for in month two, before anything is built?
Executing the roadmap the audit produced. That's usually configuration work on tools you already own, cleaning up handoffs between systems, setting up reporting so you can see what's actually happening, and getting your Path environment right if you need one. Most businesses get several weeks of visible improvement before anyone writes custom software — and some never need custom software at all.
"Unlimited requests" — what's the catch?
One is active at a time. You can queue as many as you like and reorder them whenever you want; we work through them in your order and you always know what's in flight. It means we never have to say no, and you never have to argue with us about how many hours something took. The one boundary: a request changes or fixes something that already exists. Building something new is a build — and if what you've asked for crosses that line, we tell you before we start, not on an invoice afterwards.
How fast do requests actually get done?
We schedule every request within one business day and give you a date before we start. Most land inside two weeks. We deliberately don't advertise same-day or same-week turnaround, because a small firm that promises that is either exaggerating or about to drop someone else's work to keep the promise — and one day that someone else is you. A date we hit is worth more than a deadline we miss. Live incidents are the exception and do get a same-day clock.
Why won't you quote my platform build on the first call?
Small workflow builds we quote inside a day, because we're building them and we know what they cost us. Platform builds are different: a number given before anyone has written down what's being built is an estimate dressed as a price, and when reality arrives it comes back as a change order. So we run a Discovery Sprint, credit it against the build, and then give you a fixed price we honour. Ask any vendor who quotes a large build on a first call what their number is based on. The answer tells you what the next six months will feel like.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep everything. Subscriptions are in your name, the code and data are yours, and the documentation and training are designed so your team can run it without us. There's no version of this where we hold your business hostage — that's the whole reason nothing sits in our account.
Do you work with businesses my size?
We work with Spokane-area businesses roughly between 10 and 250 people — healthcare and clinics, professional services, finance and insurance, trades and construction. Below that the audit will often still pay for itself, but a platform build usually won't. We'll tell you before you spend the money.
